Does God really love and accept everyone?

Yes.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

Some people have proposed that ‘the world’ here refers to a select group of people - those who would believe in him and thus inherit eternal life. So Christ was the atoning sacrifice for only those who will be saved. However,

He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world. 1 John 2:2

There is a view today that in order to accept someone you have to believe every idea that person thinks about themselves. Being critical of their ideas, you might hear them say, “What you’re saying to me is a violent attack on me… you’re erasing me.” If you think who you are is what you feel about yourself on the inside, then you’re primed to believe any attack on your ideas is an attack on your person.

But that is not what the Bible teaches about personal identity. You are not what you subjectively feel. Rather, who you are is based upon an objective and verifiable reality - what God has made you, what he says about you.

We don’t fight against people with weapons of flesh and blood, we fight against ideas, sophisticated arguments, fortresses, that set themselves against the knowledge of God. (2 Cor 10:3-5)

So God really does love you, no matter who you are. And He loves you enough to not let you wallow in false ideas forever. He loves you enough to tell you the truth, even if it hurts. He accepts you, but not your ideology.
